finally did the wheel arches on the stang today. Some of the paint cracked but it was on the inside where the metal was being folded back. Beat on the inside of the wheel well with a BFH for a little more clearance.
Spent the previous 2 days painting the shed and shed doors. Great way the spend the weekend but at least that is one more thing off the list of stuff to do. Now I have to build some steps and ramps to the shed.
Washed my toyota for the first time in at least a month. It was filthy. Found a nail in one of the tires again. Same tire that was plugged due to a previous nail. Previous set of tires, one tire got 2 nails in it also at different times. Bad luck with nails.
Now I have to get around to washing and waxing the stang. So many things to do and so little time.
With that said..Travis if you want to come over some saturday so I can weld those plates in just let me know. Just rip out the back seat and figure out where the plates need to go. The area will need the paint removed in that area. Will also need access to the computer so it can be unplugged while I'm welding(don't want to fry the computer).
If everything goes as planned Im going to go to Epping on Friday night. Weather looks really good and the humidity will be gone by then.
What did you mix the Accelerator with and how much? Like 5 gallons of 93 Octane and just dump that in your tank from there?
EDIT: Did you get the 5 gallon or the smaller bottles?
Sounds good I'll do that.
Im going to try this

that guy that wrote the comment about the 5 gallons is a retard. Nothing wrong with that size. Why worry about a fire?
I don't have any definite plans for the 19th. My wife has to work that day. Starting the 26th I'm on vacation. Going to try and get away for a few days.
I'll give you a nickel for that Saleen wing you are selling. lol

Travis I tried looking for instructions for those plates online but no luck at CompetitionEngineering's website. Did they put any in the box you got?
Those don't appear to be what I was thinking of. Look through the instructions and see if they are welded around the torque box underneath the car.
I was thinking of another brand and of the upper box reinforcement which is welded from inside the car. The other brand has contoured plates.
Next weekend should be fine.
I blocked the images you guys were posting recently and can't figure out how to undo it. Blocked them because the images were huge in some cases and made it a pain in the A to read the text in the other posts. Do you know how to undo it?
Sup bitches!
