I say this to every super clean LX owner: paint the pinch-weld seam (under the door) black. That makes it virtually disappear to the eye. Other than that, your car is one clean and mean looking notch!! Consider me very jealous...

I thought of that....and still undecided.....What you guys think? also how about the emblems leave them off or put back on?

Id leave the emblems off. It looks so clean as is i think it would ruin it with emblems. As for the rats nest i spoke of, i was just tellin it as i see it. With the car looking so nice and clean it really takes away from it. I understand the time it all takes and so far it looks great, keep up the good work! Oh and the rears look like they sit nice to me, im not sure what flavadave is seeing but it sure makes me re think my 86 t-top coupe's wheel tire combo

i am just wrapping up my engine bay smooth and wire hide and it took me about 6 months, you can do it, its not that bad, and it will look awesome. PM me or check out my thread on it when you do it i will help you the best i can. theres a bunch of other guys on here that helped me do mine to. (25th mustang, almoststock, SVT, etc.)

The knob and actual shifter is a steeda....the handle is upr crusher.....some like other don't ......I love it....it gets some crazy looks.

I am using the stock boot...it looks a little out of place up close. It looks really good with a hurst boot style..the rubber one you know....but I dont want to pay 30 for a boot....lol
