96' Mach 460 iPod/audio jack connection

I've got a 96 Cobra w/ a Mach 460 and I was wondering if there is any way to hook my ipod up to it, and I still want to keep my stock head unit.

Best and easiest way is a Wired FM Modulator. Less than $50 at Circuit Chitty. Less than 30 mins to install. It's what I currently use.

No, that is a wireless FM modulator. This one is wired to the cars electrical system and wired in between the head unit and the antenna. It will get you as close to CD sound as possible. I have never had any fuzziness at all with a wired FM Modulator.
