5.0 head bolt question

Stupid question:
One of the short head bolts on a '86 302 is a stud. Where does it go?

pass side, all the way at the front, it holds the fuel lines close to the block....

Took a quick look at my intake manifold and sure enough, hanging from the fuel lines is the bracket. Never would have found it.
