Well I guess i will do my own test, my single Borla is freaken loud and its dumped before the axle.Im going to have it taken out to the back and see.................like Myth Busters
Every car that I have heard that dumps under the car is usually very loud inside and out. But I have not noticed that with cars that have the turndowns at the rear.
Either way those turn downs are temporary, they are what came with the kit and I do not like the looks of them, so at some point I will be swapping them to straight tips.

I dissagree with that 100%. The sound IS louder when its dumped towards the ground.
Im surprised even with the video quality, it sounds pretty good going through the gears, idle is definatley not close to a Flowmaster, but still im impressed
Difference between turn downs and going through the rear valance:

first video are with the turn down MAC pipes and the second video are still the turn down MAC pipe but modified for the exhaust tips.
I like the new exhaust. Sounds really refined but bad ass at the same time. I think it would sound pretty good if you dumped it after the muffler and twisted the tips out a bit. I need to upload a clip of mine running for comparison sakes, yea....
