Auto Tranny Question

I have a 96 Buick LeSabre and the vacuum modulator keeps poping out of the tranny. So I replaced it. It still does it.

Does it require adjustment and this is the cause?
Does a auto transmission build up pressure inside?

No, no clip. But There should be someway of brasing that thing in there huh?
