Hi guys right now i have a paxton supercharger on my 93 gt mustang it is time to rebuild it and i am considering taking it off and going with some other bolt ons could you please suggest to me which would be the most beneficial for my car the car is stock other than exaust the supercharger is putting out about 5lbs of boost i would like to make some of the power back that i will be loosing any help would be appreciated.

Gears
Cam
Heads
Intake Manifold

Just a few places to start.

Doing some research to decide what would be the most benificial to your driving style would be the best way to decide what to do first.

As early94gt suggested, those bolt-on,opening up the intake and gear will build you a solid base for your Mustang. Your Mustnag hp and tq gain should equal if not more then the 5psi you are getting from the S/C. But that is costly too. 100 shot of Nitrous is cheaper.

But it all come down to which direction you wants to go and how much you wanted to spend. If you keep the S/C and do those bolt-ons down the road, you will have a easy 11-12 second Mustang.

The supercharger is a novi gss 30020 and if i decide to take it off it will be for sale. I drive the car on the street alot and it does not see that much track time so i do not want to take it to the point of being unstreetable. I also have another question how many miles can you usually look for on a supercharger system like this before having to rebuild.

Excatly what he said.Sell that blower set up i hate when ppl put blowers at such a low psi on a stock motor?

Have you driven a stock 5.0 with a blower on it? I had a stock pullied S-Trim on my 89 with only gears and exhaust. It made 7-8psi at nearly redline,, but around town I barely saw much boost at all. However, to say the wasn't a completely different beast would be a lie. I don't think I will ever own another 5.0(except a show car like my 93 Cobra) without a S-Trim on it. It is the perfect setup. I could still get 25mpg on the highway, and run high 11s on slicks.
