Vortech power pipe ACT Question

Those with an afm power pipe where did you put your ACT??

When I install my Vortech its going in the discharge pipe from the blower to the TB.

I guess only if you want to know what the actual air temps are going into the intake. Most tuners prefer to see that temperature when tuning.

mine is right behind maf, but now they want it in the discharge. i will switch mine when i get a new tune

theres not much room in the 94-95 discharge elbow and its plastic. that bothers me drilling and tapping into plastic. Just doesn't seem sturdy to me.

the way i look at it , i make more power with it in front of the blower, because it doesn't pull timing because of the added heated air.
