Thanks for the kind words. It is appreciated.

I do enjoy sharing my passion for Mustangs with others and helping when I can. It is truly a great hobby and I have met many of my good friends because of this common interest.

You have a very nice car! MUCH nicer than my first car or anything I drove when I was 19! That's for sure! :nice:

I only wish I had the resource of Stangnet when I was that age. It would have saved me much $$$ and time. :SNSign:

I like the Grill Delete BTW. Very clean! :nice:

thanks for the kind words man it took me a few cars to get here including a 90 fox which was beat to hell but I love it , but thanks for bringing the inspriation man

04sleeper, you were the one to inspire me to clean up my wheel wells, which I spent all weekend doing (and I only did the rears). I cleaned up everything, gave the fenderwell a nice new coat of paint, painted the rusted parts of the brake rotors black, painted the caliper brackets black, and repainted the calipers red. It looks a bazillion times better. :nice:

The fronts are gonna get done when I put in new brake pads in a few months.

I also spent a couple of days last week giving the interior and exterior a complete detail; couple of coats of Meguire's wax, Rain-X-ed all the windows, waxed the wheels, vacuumed everything inside, cleaned up the carpet with Blue Magic Spot Remover (amazing product, btw), cleaned windows inside, Armor-All-ed everything, installed my dash utility compartment, and installed rear bumper reflector that's been off for over a year now. And just about 10 minutes ago, a late Christmas present came in: a new set of floor mats from American Muscle.

Only thing left to so is polish my tail pipes; they are looking kinda rough.

I'm gonna get some pictures up sometime soon.

Thanks for the inspiration!:nice:

thanks for the compliment!:nice:

i got my car when i was 20 (2004) just a year older than you and also just starting out as a mechanic. my project is now finished and i get to enjoy all the work i have put into it over the years.

building a car is a long and expensive addiction but it is so much fun along the way. there are many times where i have been fed up and wanted to sell my car, but i always worked my way through it. just take your time, plan what you want your car to be, and then find a way to make it happen. my engine build was made possible to a year with a TON of overtime, lots of commission and weekends filled with side work. it was hell on me for about 6 months but paid off in the end.

basically just enjoy your car and one day you will be able to make it the car you really want it to be.

Hey now let's not forget EPIK he has a pretty f'n sweet and super clean Mach... But yeah those guys have some really clean cars.

And I feel I must pic whore my car in teh thread as well...

Here are my sons getting ready to do some netting along the river bank and, as we all know, it is unpossible to not turn around and look as you walk away...

I love your car. Any idea what it books for? Just wondering what the price diff is between yours and mine, since they both are pretty much stock. Yours being Cobra and mine GT.

Well it is hard to value a Cobra I would not sell it for less than $25k which is clearly more than it is worth.

Here are a couple more pics, yeah I need to get some new ones I know some may have seen them quite a few times...
