anyone hide their bottle?

That was my thought, I only really see a need to hide it if used for street racing. And anyone with half a brain can spot nitrous nozzles and accessories. Doesn't seem worth it to me.

You can definitely hide an entire nitrous system, including solenoids, lines, nozzles, etc. I've seen people run nitrous lines through fake vacuum hoses... Horn-button arming switches... The list goes on and on.

This..

And besides, if we showed hidden nitrous systems, they wouldn't be hidden anymore. Fun thing to do is install a fog light switch as the arming switch in an LX. Most people miss that.

If one were truly creative, they could prob even get the blank instead of the foglight insert and install it in there or just paint/sharpie over it so it looked like an LX.

I know you CAN hide the system, I just don't see the point, other than street racing. My friend used his cruise controls for his nitrous at one point

My 5% hatch window tint hides my bottle under hatch real good but i didnt plan it that way the tint came first.....my bottles been in the back in the middle of the summer cooking with no blow down tube and the bottle disc has never let go

I think you covered it. Lots of money to be made out there.

Not that I advocate that kind of behavior, but I can see why some do. I am on a couple of local forums and watching them negotiate $ races can be pretty funny. According to them, they all have basically stock cars that run 12's. This is pretty neat in my book..

wonder how to you would run something like that on a carb setup? lol

Still would be done the same way... Hard to hide it when the bottom of the intake is missing but a normal lower wouldn't show the 2nd kit on that set up just 1st and 3rd

I had my 15lb bottle under the rear seat and had solenoids and lines and wiring all completely hidden. To this day I keep my hood open and ppl who dont know i have it will stare at it and not find one component of my set-up.

(And yes I know i brought this back from the dead, just bored though... lol)
