Just about any oil that meets API standards for your year of vehicle will do fine. If your engine is blown and/or you push the motor hard, spring for a synthetic as they have superior characteristics in terms of temperature stability, shear resistance and the like. But honestly, for most of us, any off-the-shelf oil would be fine.
There are two key points you should think about: (a) Use an OE Ford oil filter (it has a high-quality anti-drainback valve that helps keep the engine oiled immediately after start-up following an extended period of non-use) and (b), change the oil frequently.
