MIL eliminators Question

Do you HAVE to have an Oxygen Sensor plugged into the other end of the MIL eliminators in order for them to work or will they still simulate the correct data? I really do not want to have to buy a new sensor just to bypass it. (Original Sensor Stolen) Right now I got the sensor plugged with a plumping plug I found at Ace Hardware. I'd like to be able to throw a Mil ELIM on the harness and be done.

*This is a follow up to previous question. Sorry for redundancy.

MILs are just low-pass filters that smooth the output of the rear sensors. From that perspective then yes, you will need "real" rear sensors. In addition, the PCM will notice the absence of rear-sensor heater current flowing and for that, again, you need the sensors.
