So I installed a set of HID's on my car. They plugged into the driver's side socket and the passenger side stayed empty.
The lights work, however, the high beam light came on in the dash very dim and did not allow the fog lights to come on. When I put the high beams on, the headlights do appear to get brighter or change pattern at least and the high beam indicator light becomes the correct brightness.
I also attempted to install a set of warning cancelers with no effect.
Anyone run into this before? I think I remember someone writing a review on American Muscle's kit about having to pull a relay from under the dash and cut a prong off, but I can't find it now.
Edit: Forgot to add. I put a stock bulb into the passenger side socket and the fog lights came on and the light went out on the dash.
