AHAHAHAHAHAH Subframe Connectors @ $349.99??

That's outrageous, call me cheap but I'm good with my cheap 5.0resto brand red SFC's. Steal is steal. Save that money for something else. Got mine installed at a local "speed shop" for $75.

For what it's worth... MM Full Length SFC's are 139.99
Maximum Motorsports Mustang Full Length Subframe Connectors (79-04) - Bare Steel at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!

I'd be curious to see a real comparison between two stock fox's, one with FIT, one with MM FLSFC's, and do some real testing.

fit system FTW!

Tubular chrome-moly chassis with sheetmetal floor FTW! ... Wait... what? :p

There's another company that makes good FLSFCs for less $. ;)

Haha! If only that were true! All the different grades of bolts would be pointless, you could hammer nails with a sink pipe, and cars would never rust.

The point I'm trying to make is that not all steel is created equal, just like not all sub frame connectors are created equal. Same goes for control arms, k members, etc.

By the way, it's "steel" not "steal". Yea, that's right, I just went spelling Nazi on your ass. :p

Damn! yeah my spelling blows. I get it from my fiance (a teacher), work, and now here!

Your right, I'm sure guys with drag/auto x cars need the full length. I am neither :) I probably should have went the MM route for SFC's, I did with pretty much the rest of my suspension. Oh well.

I had a buddy with one of those KB systems on his car, and I always thought it looked over complicated and overkill. My car is pretty rigid, and it's a t-top with just standard length MM SFCs. I can't imagine that a solid roof car would need anything more than full-length or through-the-floor SFCs. Unless you're making 9-second power, but at that point you're likely running a bar or a cage, and the car is going to be rock solid anyway.

I dunno, I could be wrong.

I remember when people were stealing "Stop Signs", taking the steel posts and using them as sub frame connectors. Now that's DIY.

I would never pay $350 for subframes then another $100 to weld them in. I bought my Steeda's back in the day for $99 and $50 to weld in.

biggest advantage i liked about it was the jacking rail.

installed my full length UPR's last night... huge huge huge difference on my car... lost a lot of the hatch noise on bad roads... car feels pretty stiff now!

hopefully i cant twist the car enough now to pop the hatch open
