Aren't the FRPP wires stock replacement only colored?Brian, A LOT of guys rag on the FRPP wires. I've had multiple sets and they never arced?I do however like the Taylors better because they carry much less ohms per foot. The 409's were uses on my supercharged application and needed the extra insulation for my headers.
I'd swap the wires in my case mostly for the looks. If I pick up a few hp (which you would not feel) so be it.

They are not "just" wires...........lol I have them on the race car. Boots can take short term temp over 1,000* if I remember right.$169 for a set of wires?

She installed my Taylor 10.4mm wires while running down the beach at the same time.
I've had several sets of Taylor wires. Put them on just about everything that I own. Where you see the difference is as they age. FMS wires tend to leak through the insulation after a year or two.
I've not had that happen yet with my Taylors and my oldest set is of about 10 years.
