Hello I have 2000 Ford Mustang 3.8l

So I got it really cheap, I was told that I had bad head gasket because it was overheating so, I went and did that turned the car back on still sounds the same. It still over heats so now I have decided to change the water pump and thermostat and radiator too. I been looking at a lot of videos on YouTube on this car so I decided to do this since the common problem of overheating now, I took the serpentine belt off and the engine made no noise or anything just on the passenger side it has this awful motorcycle type of sound. Like the one in the video. Now on the bottom of the car the exhaust system it has is not its original it's hanging with wires and the tubes look like fence tubes it has a y but the catback it looks like a fence tubes or something I will take picture please in any hint please give it to me.

P.s now the gasket on the water pump was out, and the radiator had a leak of black stuff the transmission lines seem to leak or something those are pictures that I took when replacing the heads the video is the sound it makes from the passenger side

Update (4-18-19)
I went under the car trying to see if you guys can give me any tips on the leak I’m having on the bottom of my car and if the exhaust is cause of the nasty motorcycle noise my passenger side is doing thanks

If it had a blown head gasket, someone may have put some Stop Leak or "Mechanic in a Can" in it. That might have plugged up the radiator. Also, in the first place, it overheated then blew the head gasket, you could have bad water pump, thermostat, fan, or radiator. If it blew the head gasket, then overheated, you could have plugged up passages in the heads or block.

When you changed the head gaskets did you check that the gasket surface of the heads were straight and not warped?

Hey droopie thanks on your reply, I don't know which happen first I had bought it already with this problem , so the update now, I bought a new radiator put a new water pump, thermostat and of course the heads. Now I took them to the machine shop to be pressure tested, inspected they were good. Now when I took them to the machine shop the guy said the heads looks ok to check if it wasn't the radiator, when I changed the radiator , I saw there was a leak on the bottom it was transmission oil from the cooler lines. So luckily now I'm changing them I'll be done today with all of the coolant and etc so now it shouldn't overheat now it's to glfind that noise it could be the fuel injectors

The exhaust is too loud to really tell in the videos. But if it's a clackety sound, it probably is the valve train. You could run the engine for a minute with the valve cover off to tell if that's what it is.
