Allen head screws and lock nuts. No one can get them off without getting inside the door. If they have a set of allen keys, they probably have a drill.

I bought new tail lights. They are pretty nice I must say.

So, I took all the trim back off and wetsanded and buffed the whole car. I installed new quarter windows and put the side moldings back on. I know I did another thread on this topic but wanted to close out this one with the final finished product.
