Trans-Gender = Trans Race

I'll encapsulate all the responses here. I just don't see what all the bounce back is about. If that is what they want to be called, who cares? I see rdub6 or Ronin38 or rednotch here. I mean you are known by your handle here. If identification means that much, change to your real name.

I'm not going to follow them into the restroom or tell them to drop their pants to validate. I may not agree with the lifestyle but that is theirs to chose. If they are they or him or she or ze or whatever...makes no nevermind to me. I'll play along as long as I know.

For what it's worth I worked with a transgender at the airline for 25+ years and, yes, I made the mistake of calling her sir one day. She laughed and threatened to whip my ass. She pretty much joked all the time about who she was...like claiming she is a lesbian. The ones who take offense are less than .001%. I guess if you don't have experience on a daily then I can see why your views would be the way they are. I've worked side by side with lesbians and gay men for years. Never felt uncomfortable and they were all people I could call friends.

There is a HUGE difference within the "LGBTQ community". Homosexuals identify as their true gender, but for whatever reason (only a homosecual can asnswer this) they feel attracted to the same sex. Trans-gender indivuals are far more extensive. These "people" seem to think that they are somehow a deviation from genetics and the natural order. Mental illness in surging problem among our current society and yet there is an entire growing generation of people who think who consider mental illness as a farse

Been there too. Hung out and worked with homo/bi-sexuals and have never had an issue. I think where the problem with the "they/them" crowd is is that they claim these pronouns and expect people to refer to them in that way when not in their presence. It's a lot like referring to me as a him - you don't call me him when we're in direct conversation, only if/when I'm not around. So in that way they're actually causing discord among other people while not being in their presence.

Then there's the issue that people should take with it that it's negating or otherwise dismissing and marginalizing a minority to even the LGBTQ community (hermaphrodites). Most people press on the importance of standing up for the "little guy" yet these people are doing the exact opposite while claiming that they're the victims. That's a classic example of narcissistic gaslighting and should NOT be tolerated, yet you have flying monkeys called "allies" who will argue and fight their war if you call them by they're actual gender. I've gotten into a huge fight with members of my family over that, they refuse to see the validity of the argument and choose to stick with the "they/them" crowd - but I've never experienced any flack from anyone I've known who's gay or bi.

As far as identifying one's self - I'll admit that I don't quite understand why people need to "identify" themselves by their sexual orientation. I mean I understand that they're kinda pushing back on the years old stigma that straight people would put on them and that history is still relatively fresh, but why a small subset of people decide its necessary to ram things, such as the pronoun issue, down everyone's throat is beyond me. The way I see it is that it's just about as bad as what they had to endure. It's an aggression that really shouldn't be happening - yet it is - and like in the past, the aggressors are in the wrong.

I too have worked with, and work with currently, people who are gay and trans.
In fact I still keep in touch with a girl who left the company who is gay. Do I completely agree with her lifestyle, no, but I accepted her for the genuinely good person that she is, and she was happy. She never pushed her lifestyle on me, nor asked me to change how I thought, and vice versa. That was ACCEPTANCE on both our parts!

Now, back to my statement of the small percentage group who “identify” as something they are not, expecting everything to change for them.
Here is one small example……. There’s been gay people for years. We’ve still managed to operate the public restrooms with a mens, and a womens. Occasionally you’d see a “family” room, meant for parents dealing with multiple children, special needs, elderly parent needing assistance, etc. A gay male was still a male (men’s room) and a gay female, still a female (women’s room).
Now, because this small % group “identify” as one thing or another, even when they are clearly not, it is now an either/or (both) restroom situation in many cases.
So when I say they expect the world to change for them…… it, in fact, IS changing. I’m just glad I’ve already raised my daughter, as I can imagine in this climate it’s just becoming more and more difficult and confusing, for both young children, and for their parents trying to raise them with traditional values……. which, by the way, still do exist!!

Yup, me three. Ive worked with gay and lesbians many time. These inviduals still used the proper restrooms, obviously. This Dylan Mulvaney [iece of :poo: has been recorded exiting a female restroom and QUICKLY ran from cameras. Im dont children yet, but if I EVER see a trans "female" exiting the ladies restroom if my daughter was in there......Id be serving time for murder

Case in point: Ezra Miller. He's part of the they/them group, yet "they" are clearly male.

""Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment," Miller said in a statement."

Here's a timeline of what's happened with "them": https://www.npr.org/2022/08/11/1116932907/ezra-miller-scandals

He's just a high profile case, but how many others are also "going through a time of intense crisis" or "suffering complex mental health issues?" But as far as Miller's case goes, you know he'd most likely be incarcerated for some of that stuff if this "they/them" bs wasn't a thing. Maybe jail isn't the right place for him or anyone else who tries that kind of stuff, but certainly walking Scot-free because of his self-proclaimed "identity" shouldn't be allowed. It just illustrates the state of mental health care in the United States, and just sitting back and accepting this without questioning it seems like it would be a recipe for disaster.

If the fruitards wanna be fruitards then fine. Just don't push it on kids in any way, shape, or form, and don't expect me to participate in your magical kingdom. :O_o:
Yeah….. once this $h!t started hitting the grammar schools is where it went completely off the rails! Teach the facts, not opinions and beliefs!

I've seen how messed up that can end, few houses down from me semi new Neighbors daughter, moved in around 2008 and kid was young. The girl wanted to be a boy, then her boyfriend wanted to be the girl when they where early teens, would be early 20's now, parents played along. Came back from college royaly screwed up and wanting to be a girl again. But after years of test and surgery your not going to undo that, was common to see EMT's called to the house after that. . They moved out last summer.

You want to do that as an adult go for it but stop pushing it on kids and praising it. Most kids will mimic anything they can for attention.

If you put a Potato in the Microwave and push the "Pizza" button, when the Microwave beeps that it is done, and you open the door, you still have a Potato. It does not matter how much you want a Pizza, you get the Potato...

Not to get off track, but I love those buttons on the microwave. The #1 to “reheat” a dinner plate is perfect, #4 to reheat a slice of pizza is spot on……..LG did it right on my microwave!! Working til 9 at night many days, they come in handy for whatever the wife leaves for me from dinner!

Ok….. back to our regularly scheduled program!
