2004 Mustang GT 4.6. No crank, no dash lights, No headlights or dome, No radio, no Hazards. When turn key to start or power on nothing works. When key s is turned off the ABS pump runs. push the brake peddle pump stops running. Battery is fully charged.

Id start at the battery and start tracing wires. I'm not too familiar with these cars, but to have zero power on a fully charged battery is probably something simple.

Pull the fuse for the ABS pump temporarily.

It sounds like you have a battery ground issue. Start from the negative battery terminal and work your way backwards.

What is your actual voltage across the battery terminals when the battery is connected to the car?

I started checking volts at the battery. I had already removed the ignition switch and checked the pins for continuity. It was good so I reinstalled it. checked fuse and relays. All working. So checking volts the battery had12 .65 volts checked the battery cable. 5.35 volts. changed the cable and it all works now. Hope this will help someone so day.
