    What kinda aftermarket struts???

10 way adjustable. :nice: I hope to install mine this week. They've been sitting in the garage for too long. :nonono: Their 10 way adj. shocks are pretty cool. I've had those on the car for a year or so. My car is NOT lowered though. Drag Launch Springs FTW!

Irony = I post personal experience in the times my car runs where I live and KNOW it's a respectable time. However it is disreguarded, and on top of that responded to like it's all I can get out of my current setup. :rlaugh: Even though I clearly state the car is falling on it's face in the...

So apparently we have a difference of opinion of a cheater slick. ET Drag = cheater slick to you. Got ya. :nice: This is what I have, call them what you want :D : Mickey Thompson 3743 - Mickey Thompson ET Street Tires - summitracing.com Mickey Thompson ET Street Tires Drag slick...

They are the cheater slicks. Slicks with little markings simulating tread. I don't notice much of a wobble myself, but I let my cousin take my car down the track and she said they did. I would imagine 15" would have a pretty good wobble with the extra sidewall height. :D

ET Streets are the 17". On my 9" wide rims they are right at 26.5" tall. I shift right at 5,800-6,000. In 15 days I'll have a dyno chart to know exactly where I need to shift. I'm crossing around 4,000 rpms. :nonono: I say around, because it varies on the weird 2nd gear deal I'm having...

It's just a Scat crank, rods, stroker on the bottom end. 9.89:1 compression was the original setup. Honestly not 100% sure what the compression is now. I had a buddy build it the last go round and budget minded was the big deal. :rlaugh: Didn't have the money for the first build, certainly...

I'm thrilled! I've got a ways to go on getting the tune of the AODE fixed to get more out of the car. When the car falls on it's face, then takes off again... and still pulls a 12. That's kinda exciting. Especially leaving almost a full gear on the table. :D I can't wait to get it all...

Anyone know of some good sticky tires?

You just need to heat up your tires more: http://forums.stangnet.com/755517-pic-tutorial-how-get-your-nittos-sticky-aode.html :jk:

Not yet. Nov. 15th is our club dyno day. I've missed it the last 3 times we've had it, due to breakage. HOPEFULLY I make it this year. I've put off the bottle for this and the hesitation reason.

What gears? I ran a 12.59 at 106 just using 1st and 2nd gear. I had to spin it to 7k to do it, but it held together. Plus remember with a 3,200 stall, it's like being limited in a 5 speed to only launching at 3,200. No 5k+ dumps. :rlaugh: Also where do you live? Internet racing always...

If you know for sure you'll never put a super charger on the car or need to relocate any accessories, you can also cut your smog bracket off.

What to look for on a used SuperCharger?

Powerdyne's site sucks for good information. The charger is the bd-11. If that helps. I know nothing about them. :P

What to look for on a used SuperCharger?

It's real close to 10:1. It was 9.89:1 when it was decked too much and using really thick cometic gaskets. Now the block is decked correct, and using standard gaskets. Heads were resurfaced a hair to make them straight again. My car has an SCT chip (I now have the Pro Racer Package - chip...

    What a month

Wow, what a roller coaster. Mine didn't end so well. I took a cut in pay. I'm just glad the g/f is now out of college and working in the real world, making real money now. Congrats on the layoff/promotion. :nice:

What to look for on a used SuperCharger?

Well guys, I was offered a PowerDyne with brackets and tubing for $900. I know it's not the ideal charger and some people hate them. I have another friend that has run one for years and loves his. The question I have is, will it benefit my combo or not. I'm trying to get the g/f...

    Gear indicator on AODE shifter...

So I'm about to pull the hammer shifter out of the 95 we bought to give back to the previous owners. I noticed the stock shifter didn't have the orange gear indicator in the correct place, so I shook it, and the crazy thing just fell in my lap. :nonono: Has anyone taken the shifter apart to...

Brake pedal CLICKS when you remove your foot.

I'll try that in the car tomorrow. If I can get her to stop driving the car long enough to see it. :) I don't think I was ever as excited as she is to get a Mustang.
