    problem with getting a recall done

    I checked at a local ford/dodge dealer and had them run my vin #. they said it wasn't in the system and couldnt find it. anyone know what is up with this. can you not check the recall history on a 92 mustang anymore? I wanted to see if i needed any recall work done. specifically the ignition switch.

    pretty much, yes. i haven't seen a car where it could have been reused, except for the upper to lower gasket intake gasket.

    Start date of hyperu's??

    Anyone know the exact date of when hyperutectic's replaced forged pistons in the 302? I've heard some 92's have forged and some dont, while i've heard all 92's have forged and only 93's have hypers.. Anyone know the truth?
