    Just read that you don't have to get emissions done for 4 years in VA on new cars. Can any one confirm or add to this? http://www.sema.org/main/semaorghome.aspx?id=55333 Secondly anyone know the emissions rules in VA? Will a CATed Prochamber pass if it passes actual emissions?
