    Who makes a tape to convert the 351 timing marks to a 302? Or, better yet, does any one here have the secret formula for converting the 351 unit to a 302. You know, go 17.57 millimeters from TDC on the 351 to TDC on the 302. This one will bring out the hard core early model fanatics...

    Where did you get your 302 long block and how much?

    If you have purchased a 302 long block where did you get it and what came with the engine (water pump, intake, harmonic balancer, etc). How much was the unit? I am going to drop one in the Coupe rather that pulling and rebuilding. HistoricMustang www.historicmustang.com

    Well, we have all done the brain failure thing but this one takes the cake for me. Was going to change over to the street carb and do a few laps around the neighborhood on Saturday. The carb change is made and I check the fuel tank (no guage) and she needs a few gallons so I go to the shop...
