    yup, a ridge reamer will remover the "lip" then you can hone til you get a nice cross hatch.

    I'd say your on the right track. Usually if its the master you won't be able to get pressure. Sound like the wheel cylinder to me.

    Are you sure its engine oil? Do you have a oil cooler? Trans cooler built into the radiator? Just some thoughts.
