    Front Seat Question

I have a 67 fastback and I am looking for some new front seats. I have found a pair of seats for sale as below, but not sure what year they are from. Were 64-66 seats the same as 67 other than the different vinyl style?? If the seats were the same I assume I can buy some new 67 vinyl to...

    Wheel Size Recommendations

I am fitting a front disc conversion kit to my 67 390 fastback so I have got to replace the original styled steel wheels for some bigger ones. I have decided to go for 16" x 7 polished Torque Thrusts. However, I am undecided on the tyre size. I am thinking of going 225 50 15 all round. Is this a...

    67 Stang Radio Question

Here's a pic of my install of a modern CD player in my '67 FB. The console had already been cut so I didnt worry about cutting a original console. Took some modifying but I'm happy with the final result. Mine has a deluxe interior so went for the silver faced stereo:)

I always thought it was K code Mustangs and manual Shelbys got the 8000rpm tach, everything else got the 6000rpm tach:shrug:

    Photo Shoot Pics

Just thought you guys would like to see some pics from the photo shoot I went to a few weeks ago. It was for a magazine here in the UK called Practical Performance Car, as they are doing a 7 page buyers guide for late 60s Mustangs. The shoot was at an indoor studio just 10 miles from home, so...

    Finished the '67s Interior

Thanks guys, heres a few answers for you! The shifter handle isnt a Shelby one, it is from Mustangs Unlimited and cost $18. All I did to refurbish the centre console was to fit the aluminium decal kit and respray it. I had to cut the dash to fit the CD player, but it had already been cut...

    Intake & Carb Options

Thanks for the reply guys. I had a Holley on my old 289 so I think I'll do down the route of a 700 CFM Holley with the RPM intake. The dollar rate at the moment makes it a very cheap upgrade at the moment :D Darren

    Intake & Carb Options

Hi everyone, I am thinking of changing the intake and carb on my '67 390 GTA in the new year. The current set up is an old 'fuel saving' Edelbrock intake and a tired Motorcraft carb. The engine was rebuilt a few years ago and is stock other than a mild cam, high compression pistons and Hooker...

    '67 Parking Brake

Hi everyone, I went to the docks on Thursday to collect my newly purchased '67 390 GTA fastback. Very dirty, but WOW! Everything seems fine but putting it on the trailer I noticed it doesn't have a parking brake. No lever, cables, nothing :( Here in England we have a safety check called...

Thanks for the info guys. Looking at the '67 390 registry, there are only 46 fastbacks with the deluxe interior registered. I've given this info to customs so we'll wait and see. Thanks again, Darren
