    Yes I should have said that it is most likely water causing the white smoke. Rule that out before looking for trouble you don't have. Smoke smells are going to be there with or without water present, and since they are present with the vapor, you consequently can see vapor in with the smoke...

    That's good enough for me. I'll assume my brother is correct. If you know that 40 spline uses a sleeve under the bearing (That's was a first for me to hear that any axels use a sleeve under the bearing) then I bet the shelby uses the sleeve as well. Thanks!

    If I do cut my valence like the 67 (I like that look) then how do you do that well? What do I use to cut it? I really wanted to make room for some 67 Shelby tips I have that were really expensive, and really big!

    White smoke is always caused by water. It doesn't take much, and you won't smell it. Has the coolant level remained constant? Ansy sign of water on the oil dipstick after being left overnight?

    It was an off-the-shelf system from Mustang's Unlimited. If you think the shop is the way to go I'll probably go that route. I really don't want to smell exhaust and I want to see the pipes, and I want them big. :) What do you think that would cost? Thanks
