    deburred the grove with some emery cloth and one of those foam sanding pads I pm'ed svttech76 and it was a life saver the piece that i acually put a groove in is actually a race that is pressed into the crank by ford thats why the groove was so large it was a softer medal than what the crank is...

    its a press in bearing the needle part is in the center of the bearing i think maybe the only issue might be an imbalance deal

    drill died about halfway through the first hole second batt is dead so have to wait for them to charge what a nightmare this is probrobly one of the easiest clutches to install out of any car out there I have just been running into every problem you could imagine with this one.

    I have tried every trick in the book to get this pilot bearing out I packed grease behing then used a punch about a thousands smaller than the bearing nothing went to autozone rented the pilot bearing removal tool nothing I even tried heating the crank up and then putting ice on the bearing...

    To the bottom of the side panel the drop is about 7" about a 1/4" higher towards the back. As far as the rims go i really like them but a wider rim is going on as soon as the whole suspension is done.

    Yes all except the lines It really is a very simple car to work on Ford does an excellant job of keeping things easy to get to. I am not saying for anyone with a toolbox rip there whole front end apart i do have a mechanical backround working on helicopters in the army.

    great info the only reason i put the offset rack bushings in is when i pulled the power steering rack off (I followed the book like an idiot) the bushings looked tired so I threw the offset ones that came with the kit I bought from stangsuspension.com Will defenitly look at MM for future...
