    Yes, you could get a boost gauge to monitor vacuum. I would have said an oil pressure gauge as without oil, your engine is gonna die

    Id say youd have to port the gt40's or gt40p's to get those kind of numbers with a supercharger. With a better cam, and atleast 9#s of boost, with ported heads you should be there.

    I belive they will work. They are the VC's on my new setup, but im running 1.6 cobra rr's. I think that they would clear though, and they will fit under the intake, they fit under my stocker...

    I beleive it should be a exponentially decaying percentage bassed on RPM's. But im a nerd. It takes a certian amount of power to make the drive train spin, but to make it spin faster, it takes more power, so Im going with the percentage. By using 13% or 15% or whatever, your taking an average...

    The condensor is right infront of the radiator. I was taking my rad out for the motorswap, and the condensor just kinda pulls out.

    How many psi are you trying to do? At higher boost levels I would say a turbo is better, but at lower levels you can get a supercharger damn cheep.

    well gt40x heads with a b cam and cobra intake make around 300+ at the flywheel... so thats where I would put you, though im not really that sure.

    Is the IAT really needed?

    Yes, the stock cobra has this port ibelive. I know my svo motorsports does, and its the same thing. If you look where the number 5 runner is (looking from the front. second from the front on the right side), there should be a plug, you can replace the plug with it.
