    sounds like a whining noise like a bearing gioing out (not in motor) like a alternator but thats on top. My buddys does the same thing. any clues what it might be?

    having trouble getting the bolt off with a impact gun won't budge it, tried 15/16 and 24mm, any tricks from keeping the balancer still when using a socket wrench. its on a engine stand
