    Sorry, i dont quite understand the question. Are you asking which one is best to get, upper control arms, or lower control arms? If so, i think lower control arms would make the most difference. Good to have both though. -GM

    I run lakewood 50/50s in the back, 90/10 for the front. I like them. I'm not too picky with ride quality but it feels fine on the street to me. Easily controled, not too bouncy. -GM
