    I know all the suspension and brakes were swapped out, I was even there when part of that was being done. It is EFI . I know he swapped fuel lines ect. Only thing missing is A/C and smog.

    I'm sure you guys are right, the Yota will probably last me forever. I need to keep it for reliability and a fox for fun. I even test drove a few S197 cars with the idea of trading the truck for one, but as nice as they are they just aren't a fox. I guess I am stuck in a time warp

    Yeah I have thought of that, I did DD a fox for about 7 years I remember well all the little issues. Mine only left me stranded once when the TFI module died, but I was probably lucky. I have become spoiled by the Yota, I know it's going to crank and get from A-B. I appreciate your input Grover.

    That's good to hear, I am looking for a fun to drive but extremely reliable daily driver. I even entertained the idea of another Fox but the memories of late nights spinning wrenches so I could get to work the next day quickly wiped that idea out.

    Back of a 5.0 intake for temp sending unit? Bad idea

    I moved my stock sender to the rear of the intake like mentioned above. That way I didn't have a dead gauge on the dash. The stock temp gauge isn't really very accurate anyway, but it did seem to read cooler back there.

    Yeah I do like the lines of the '10-'11 cars better for sure. I guess if I go with a 2011 V6 the question then becomes do I buy a brand new one right now or wait 6 months program cars demo cars ect. to become available at a lesser price.

    Just wondering you guys opinions on something. I have 152K on my stock engine and trans. It gets to the triple digits here with high humidity. At the moment my A/C is all deleted and I don't drive the car when it is extremely hot out. I was considereing one of the A/C kits from 5.0 resto though...
