    Need a recommendation for 02 GT shocks/springs

    Hey 88BlueGT how is the ride quality over bumps with the bilstiens and pro kit. i currently have the pro kit with edelbrock shocks but the roads here in L.A. are very bad giving a really harsh and bumpy ride, so im thinking of switching to bilstiens.

    Are Bilsteins REALLY worth it?

    Does anyone know how the bilsteins compare to the edelbrock shocks. Do the bilsteins give a smooth ride with performance. I currently have the edelbrock shocks and the ride is really stiff and harsh when going over small bumps and pot holes on the road.

    Check engine light stop working

    has anyone had there check engine light stop working? I went to turn on my car yesturday and i noticed that the check engine light would not come on when i would turn the key. as far i as remember it would turn on. dont know if this will affect anything.

    Erratic Idle, Only with AC

    I also have the same problem when I turn on the a/c rpms drops down to about 500 the jumps to 1200 and and will then idle at 700, I notice it happens when the a/c compressor kicks in, I dont feel a diffrence while driving.

    Does anyone know if a 99-04 prochamber with removable cats fit a 96 gt with a 02 engine. Mac doesnt mac a kit w/ removable cats for a 96 gt.

    SUB FRAME CONNECTOR MEASUREMENTS

    Ill get the measurements for you. I did my on own sub frames connectors cost me about $30 to make. I used 2 x 1 x 13 ga. square tubing and welded them directly to the frame not hard at all to do. its also a good idea to have them powder coated, put mines on 2 yrs ago no rust problems yet.

    BBk shortie install ??? for those who have bbk shorties, did you have to relocate the ac line on the passenger side when installing these headers to avoid it from getting to much heat from the headers

    Need Help With Engine Install: PICS

    i have the same engine in my 96 gt and the only thing i used on the new engine were my old fuel rails and coil packs, i used the pink injectors. you dont nnot need to swap over your timing cover just use the one on the 02 engine. your coil pack should mount up with no problem on the driver side...
