    thanks........... believe it or not, the wheels are original factory............rumor has it that so many people were stopping off for slots on the way home from the dealership,,,,,,,, that ford decided to offer them instead of the magnums..........:nice: and the paint is from 1999...

    :rolleyes: well, except for the whole engine compartment............. finally got my dash and gauges finished today, and buttoned up the interior....alway something more to do, but all of the hard work is complete... i took the sppeedo apart for a reset.......:nono...

    be careful..........i bought a '68 f150 and one of the first things i did was change out the oil,,,,,what i din;t know was that previous owner didn't use detergent oil................. next thing i know, the oil pump is clogged with crud, and i'm pulling the engine .............

    what is this part ?

    thanks, so it would somehow have been connected to the factory gauges that are in the center console?? the reason i ask, is because there are no gauges, per se, in the speedo cluster.....only:: turn signals hi-beam brakes backlights gas gauge

    does anyone know what this is called or it does ? it is on the back of a 71/73 speedometer cluster, it is on both the tach and non tach version..... the reason i ask, is because i am dealing with some wiring issues with the changover, and am trying to determine if i have things wired...
