    has anyone done this conversion. i have the entire setup off a 01 GT. also my engine is a 302 would i just have to fab a new p/s pump bracket to use the 01 GT p/s pump? if i'm leaving any necessary info out let me know. thanks in advance- Nick

    a 351 with turbo manifolds is gonna be a tight squeeze with unmodified shock towers. as far as your motor situation i would just go buy a junkyard 5.0 from a mark7 or something and put new rings, bearings, and oil pump. leave the stock forged pistons in there. throw an f cam in and a weiand 7515...

    is there any difference aside from the fuel pump area on the 289 version? the reason i ask is i am goin to run a 5.0 front accesory setup but don't have a 5.0 timing cover. will the 289 cover work if i block the fuel pump area off?
