This will be the next thing im gonna do after the suspension is done. Anyone know who has them for the best price?
I have the predator tuner as well. How hard is it to tune the car after the install is done?
Yes you should change the shocks/struts when you do the springs. The kyb's or tokicos will be good. I went with the tokicos myself and should have my setup done next week.
Go with the tokicos. They are $316 for the set at stangsuspension. From what i've heard they are good. I'm still waiting for mine to get here. But yeah, do the shocks/struts when you do the springs.
I was gonna do the tape thing but in time it will wear away and the springs will get noisy. This one guy used radiator hose in place of the isolator and the springs wore through within a year.
Whats the difference? So the poly isolators will raise the car about 1/4", what about the stock ones? The guy at the shop highly recommended me not to leave out the isolators. I didn't get the polys so the stock ones are gonna go back in.
Im getting my springs, shocks, struts, cc plates, bumpsteer kit, and alignment done for about $500. The guy at the shop said I can have the car back the same day without a problem. You guys think thats a decent price or what?
I was going to go with the poly but I think now im just gonna keep the stock isos and keep the tops in and wrap the bottoms with electrical tape. The tape is supposed to keep them from making noise. Ive been talking with a few people here and thats how they did it. Im still waiting for some pm's...
I might go and check mine now. Which one is known to blow out of the head and how can it be prevented? I thought I heard the problem was fixed in 03 or something like that. Also heard you need to be really careful removing the plugs cause the threads in the head might come out with the plug...
Anyone have these? These are what are being installed when I get my springs put on. If any of you are running these how are they and hows the ride? Thanks.

Any of you know a good shop that does suspension work? Im looking for a good shop to have my springs/shocks/struts and alignment done. Please let me know. Im looking for a shop around the Schaumburg area. Thanks.
Good thing its working now without an expensive fix but you do have a leak somewhere in the system. Refrigerant is only lost cause of a leak. You need to find the leak and fix it. Good luck.
