    If the sensor is new and you know it in fact is good and working then you need to start looking for a wiring issue.

    Being really high like that could also be a clog somewhere in the system. I have had 2 cars at work already this summer with the problem, both of them had debris clogging the orifice tube.

    Not sure about all the different part numbers, I am sure that your local Ford parts manager can get you the right ones.

    Yes they should be fine to reuse again as long as they are still in one piece and look ok. Use a razor blade and get that old RTV off and reapply some more in the same spots when you put the valve cover back on, it is just to seal the front cover to the block in those 2 spots on each side.

    Yeah need some heat and sometimes a little love with the air hammer and that breaks them loose pretty good.

    Go with MOOG parts, not too expensive but good quality. Double check your ball joints too, that is kinda what it sounds like to me.

    Is the vent tube clogged? Try to blow air thru it to make sure it is not clogged.
