Please Help!!! no obdII communication

I cant get the car to pass emissions due to no obdII communication. I took the car to the dealer and they said that the car is running perfectly. I then took it to the CT emissions testing center headquarters and they said they couldnt comunnicate with it. The battery was drained over the winter from sitting in storage. I am going to try a drive cycle again and disconnect the battery to reset the computer. Any other advice???????

Very odd problem. Check/clean the diagnostic connection with a spray electrical cleaner.

I had a customers f-150 do that the other day-it was just a blown fuse .

Exactly, check your fuses.
