    speedo gear for 3:73's

    I have a 1992 lx 5.0 with 3:73 gears. my speedo is out about 20 km/h (canadian car if that makes a diffrence?) I heard I need a 23 tooth speedo gear? is this right? is this the gear in the tranny? and where can I get one?

    I never really got that either.. When I was little my mom drove a '94 camaro z28 and my dad drove a kawasaki zx-11 all summer and it worked out just fine:D. I also bought my 92 fox from a guy that's wife forced him sell it because they had more kids than the car had seats lol

    I havent really had mine long enough to tell... I drove it home then put it in the shed for winter since it snowed the day I bought it.. But my Dad always threatens that he's going to steal it from me because he likes it so much lol. At school I had a picture of it as my desk top on my computer...

    hahaha I just got stuck where the car is in the pics and had to tow it up to the shop with the truck. Then it was stuck there and had to push it into the shop.. If I end up driving it in the winter I have spare rims that I might throw on some studded winter tires and put some wieght in the trunk lol

    what years of tranny fit my 92 lx?

    I need a new T5 in my 1992 lx 5.0. I was told that only a T5 out of a '92 or '93 will work but the guy that told me wasn't all that sure about it. So is this true? Or will other years work?
