    Sounds good, I will get them and give it a try. I can handle doing a little trimming, i was just curious if it fit the floor wheel and looks like it should be there.

    Find a decent running car, will be your best bet. Start with small projects and work your way up. After a few years of tinkering it becomes easier, some fixes will always be a PITA no matter how many times you do them though LOL

    It is untelling what the tank looks like on the inside. I am gonna try to mess with it some more this week, the fuel pump is brand new and the motor is a fresh rebuild.

    The fact that you think it has stop leak in it is enough for me to say ditch the radiator. I would replace the cap while I was at it. I'd take the battery in and have it tested, would definitley charge it overnight at least. The alternator is designed to maintain the battery, not completely...

    v3 vortech alignment issues?

    I had issues with my vortech setup too, I ended up having to use washers and a longer bolt on the supercharger tensioner pulley. I also had to place 1 washer on the main tensioner bracket as well where it bolted to the bolt that runs thru the water pump. Just takes some time to get it lined up...

    Belt size question, vortech users with 3G alt

    I got the belt figured out, it was a 91.5 inch belt how in the hell the 91 inch belt was on is beyond me! Now the new belt is wanting to run one groove off the a/c compressor to the rear. Looks like the power steering pulley may be a little too far on the shaft, gotta get that fixed asap :(

    Belt Keeps running off 1 groove on AC compressor

    I rechecked all the mounting bolts, I did not torque the 2 front bolts under the compressor enough. I loosened em all, torqued down all the rear bolts, then the lower fronts and the main top, I havent had the car out yet but I feel safe to say the problem is most likely fixed.

    I had the front accessories off the other day, had some brackets and ect powdercoated, got it all back together and the belt keeps running off 1 groove on the AC compressor towards the back. It's got me puzzled and cannot figure out what the deal is :shrug:
