Paint and Body 90' GT Front Bumper Cover Repair

Thanks! Ironically, I just put the headlights back in...Used to have cheap HID one piece (big mistake). Put the factories back in. Not sure what was in my head changing them in the first place.

Paint and Body 90' GT Front Bumper Cover Repair

Hi All. I'm planning on doing some repairs to my front bumper cover. I'm having trouble finding anything online in regards to removing just the bumper cover . Do I have to remove the entire bumper assembly to do this? Thanks!

    Engine 427w header issue

Is anyone running a foxbody Windsor swap setup with either afr 205 or dart pro1 225 heads? What I'm really asking is, are you using a 3" flange setup. If so, what headers are you using? I'm considering A 427w with either head but want to know if anyone has had to change out any other...

Fox Msd Ready To Run / Fitech Efi

I'm going to pick up a FiTech 600PA EFI for my current carb setup windsor. Currently, I run a MSD ready to run pro billet with a 6AL ignition box (at the time, RRR's were the same price as 2-wire versions). Fitech's timing control option will not work with RRR. Rather than replace with new...

    Stripped Intake Bolt

Just finished intalling a Vic jr intake and stripped a bolt. Damn torque wrench didn't click:mad: I was wondering if I can helicoil it with the intake on. Be a shame to have to start all over again for one stinking bolt.

    My 'wimpy' Windsor

I just think using dyno numbers to benchmark your build to another is WAY easier than using the track which brings a bunch more variables into the equation. ie: -car, weight, suspension setup, tires, gear, elevation, driving ability. I just want an idea of where my engine should be, and I...

    My 'wimpy' Windsor

The mid-pipe is MAC X-pipe with no cats. The dyno is a Dyno Dynamics. Supposed to pull similar numbers as a Mustang.

    My 'wimpy' Windsor

Thanks for the input. I've already priced out some BBK long tubes and will probably start there and work up to the cam ($$$) if I need too. The nice thing is the guy I know with the dyno doesn't charge too much and it's easy enough to pull some numbers as I upgrade.:D

    My 'wimpy' Windsor

I don't think the heads are the problem. I've seen the flow numbers for them and the work just as well as the heads I'm seeing on all the crate engines I'm seeing advertised at 425hp. http://fordmustangcar.com/repair-and-manual/small-block-ford-aluminum-head-flow-data Mine aren't that far...

    My 'wimpy' Windsor

Spun my 351W powered 90GT (manual) on the dyno last weekend and it made a dissappointing 300rwhp. I was hopng for at least 350. Any suggestions as to what I need to do? This is what I have. -flat tops, around 10.5:1. -Comp Cams Magnum 280H hydraulic flat tappet.(pwr from 2000-6000)...

    Intake gasket blow outs

Thanks for the input. The heads have never been over heated and the gasket actually didn't fail in the same place. They first failure was on the left cylinder bank, the second failure was on the right. I DO back off the torque wrench when it's not being used, so I'm not concerned with it's...

    Intake gasket blow outs

Anybody have problems with Fel-Pro 1262 gaskets blowing out? I'm talking about right at the top of the rear coolant ports where the gasket is thin. It's happened to me, twice. One on each head. I get hard on the throttle (6000rpm) and steams starts pouring out of my hood. These...

    Buying Wheels

I'm looking at picking up an extra set of 8" Welds for the back of my 90' GT for street tires. I'm wondering about going with a 4.5" or 5.5" backspace. The tires I'm getting are 255/60 R15's. Right now I'm running with M/T Street ET's(26x10.5) with 5.5" backspacing, but the tires come...

    Supercharged 351W

I actually like Paxton's carb enclosure setup. I was hoping someone sold a kit for mounting without me having to do a bunch of fabricating.

    Supercharged 351W

I'm looking into supercharging my carbed 351W combo in my 90' GT. Does anybody know if this has been done? I would have thought somebody has tried it somewhere but have had no luck finding anything. I was thinking about a Paxton, using my stock accessories. I've emailed them, but haven't...

    Blowing Gaskets

I've blown water pump gaskets twice like that. I got it to stop by using Permatex "High Tack" Spray gasket to basically glue and hold the gasket in place. I plan to due the same with my new intake ones too.

    Blowing Gaskets

I have just blown yet another gasket due to excessive coolant pressure. This time it was the intake. Last time it was the water pump gasket itself. It goes when I buzz the engine over 6000 rpm. Has anyone had in problems like this? I figure it's that the pump isn't made to flow coolant at...
