I bought the $1300.- flaming river rack conversion and it has a GM connector on the column. Do I need to reuse the connector from the original column and pull one wire from it at a time?
also it has 2 universals but no intermediate shaft. How does the column connect tothe rack?

I got a set of fiberglass scoops from Branda and they have s stud in the back and two screw "dimples" on the front. The screen kit needs trimming too...
anyone had experience with these? How do you make them fit nicely with the body...fiberglass?Sealer too? How about ttips on the screen...

I see on second look you say the battery is new...
In that case you might have a short somewhere causing a ground loop when the car runs, limiting your charging.
how old is the battery?
If you battery is more than a few years old I would replace it. I've had wierd things happen to me because of bad batteries that read a full charge.
Branda kit has harnesses that have the wrong connectors on the bulb end. It also has many other bullet connectors where I have no idea where they go. There is no clear instructions.

They don't sell the 68 resistor and they say it won't work. I got a car with no heater parts at all and I have ordered a new plenumchamber, heater box/seal assembly, blower motor and a resistor for 65-66-67. Now I can't find a squirrel cage fan. any ideas?
