    The headunit could be sending out a bad signal, sort of like if you set the fade to rear speakers only. There should be a third amp behind the headunit if i remember correctly.

    Hmm well im assuming it is referring to the space between the clear lens and the black back part of the housing, and as far as that goes, what i've always done is put them in the oven for a few minutes to heat up the glue and then just push them togethor... I melted my chevy headlights doing...
