    Upgrading to KB blower...what clutch do i need?

    going from a saleen series II to a KB...i've been told already on more than one occassion that the stock GT clutch won't be able to handle the torque. i need to know what brands to go with, what style, and what am i looking at for the parts and install? thanks -

    the KB is officially ordered and on the way. they're built overseas, news to me...it's going to be 4-6 weeks before the shop gets the kit. i'll be sure to post my #s after all is said and done. the car should really rip hard!

    well to make a long story short my car has been out of commission for a week, but i've been too annoyed to say anything about it on stangnet. over time, in some sort of freak accident ALL of the bolts loosened up on the blower, to the point of almost falling out. don't ask me how that happened...

    i've been told the blower on the saleen 281sc can handle 11-12 lbs of boost tops, and then you need to worry about detonation/motor failure. i wouldn't advise running that kinda boost myself unless you had a KB.
