    How do I check what size Gears my car has?

    You can jack the back tires off the ground and make a chalk mark on the driveshaft and attempt to count how many times it rotates as you spin the tire 1 revolution.

    Yeah.. I'm looking at a retune asap, followed by tb/plenum and maybe a powerpipe. I would be happy with ~370 and quit, if it were tuned right. Although it does run smoothly

    Used V1 - $900 Fuel System - $500 Brackets, intake and discharge assembly - $750 Without install it totalled around 2300 including random pullies and plugs belts ect.

    The very first pull made 370rwhp/370rwtq. But was unsafe. I'm going to add the boost gauge today to see exact numbers and save to take it to another shop somewhere in Jersey or PA

    So I decieded to save up and add a vortech... I would like to thank whoever posted the thread titled "build your own supercharger for 1500$." I used that method and saved a ton. Here's a pic. 331rwhp/361rwtq on a pretty safe tune. :nice: It's fun

    I don't know if anyone can see enough in this picture to know if the pulleys are stock because i bought this car with them on it and someone told me I had some under drives and some stock. If so how much boost loss will I see?

    Thanks for the info.. I guess I need to get ahold of a 3.6" Pulley before Friday, the mounting bracket didn't include it for some reason. Any recommendations for the IAC sensor?

    During mid January I will be installing a V-1. I am caught between the 3.6 and 3.3" pulley. I don't want overkill as this is my daily driver and will be for years to come, which would you recommend? I am looking for 360-370 at the wheels on a safe tune.     Drop the PSI in the tires.. I launch at about 2,000 and slip the clutch out.. But I have only been down the track twice.. And I couldn't get better than a 2.16

    You could look into the eBay intercooler.. And piping kit.. For around $200.. It might not be the same, but its a fraction of the cost?
