    Speedo gears do not work on the newer mustangs. Digital signals only since '99, I believe.

    Interesting question. When I flashed mine with the Predator, I had a choice of 3.55, 3.73, 4.09, and 4.30. I don't remember if it allowed anything further. The speedometer is dead on, though, as proven by my having to go to traffic school Monday night. :nonono: 55 in a 35. :owned:

    The only way to know for sure is to get the code pulled. It will not show on a normal code reader. I paid about $80 and they found that my driver's side rear speed sensor was dead. I'm unsure if there's anything you can do by yourself to test it.

    Damn tech and an impact gun can help you get them off. With the understanding that they'll never be used again. Purchase some more lug nuts for replacement. I discovered this method after my first flat. :rolleyes: Bought the car used.
