    I called Thunder Racing. They do not tune Mustangs. I'm sure you can go run your car on the dyno there, but they do not have the equipment to burn a custom tune onto mustangs. I haven't called Futral Motorsports yet but from the look of their website i would say they only deal with GM products...

    It's worth the extra time and money to find yourself an intake with the aluminum crossover. I would hate to upgrade to PI only to still have the chance of cracking up front.

    Moving needles when installing gauge overlays

    No. I moved them all over when i installed a set of gauges and they all came back into place. I beleive all the gauge movement is more or less computer controlled than simply mechanical.

    I believe that it is more likely that you will warp your wheel before you warp the rotor from over-tightening

    They might not boost your horsepower any, but gears will give you the biggest SOTP gain for the dollar. It's best to let a shop do it and most jobs end up costing around $500 parts included.

    the PI headswap would put you right at the 260hp of the 99+ GT and possibly a few more than that due to the higher compression ratio that you will have. Changing out the heads will make all other mods you do to your car that much more of an inprovement

    96 and 97 GTs made 215 at the fly wheel. In 98 it bumped up to 225. I'm not sure of the tq numbers. the PI headswap would be a worthwhile mod. Get you up around 260+hp
