    The wd-40 worked, I let it sit overnight with a pool of wd in the distributer valley and it pulled out like butter, I guess it wasnt badly stuck. thanks guys -gbm-

    Just put the 670 truck avenger on my pickup (77 f250 4x4 351m) the directions that came with it are chintsy, theres gotta be something better around. it doesnt even go into much detail on changing primary and secondary jets -gbm-

    my new ride just got a new non leaking carb :nice: 77 f250 4x4 351m holley truck avenger 670cfm It was doing this before the new carb aswell, it will bog down and hesitate and damn near stall under load in any gear at lower rpms. where do I start? -gbm-

    Well i checked the choke out and all is fine there. Must be something else amiss. This carb is shot anyways it leakes out the throttle rods, i have a truck avenger on its way so im not gonna panick just yet. -gbm-

    UPDATE: well i havent tried adjusting it yet but heres what happened today. I installed a set of gauges and one of them included a voltmeter and when i turned the key to run position it only had 10 volts and when i started the motor and reved it the voltage didnt climb, i verified...

    Installing a gauge cluster in my truck, It came with nylon line for the oil pressure gauge. I used copper in my 85, I never had problem and i drove it 60,000k and had it for 3 years. Should I buy some copper tubing? or try the nylon?? -gbm-
