    sorry it took so long to reply to this, but anyway... problem is fixed, I talked to another rep he walked me through a "reset" of the tuner which worked until I began to modify the diablo tune-I then spent a hour or so and narrowed it down to the shift points...I can't set my 1-2 shift below...
