    I know its nuts one place told me 546.00!! Another shop owner said if I could get the apt. complex to fork over 475.00 he'd put in a used one for 200.00 and give me the difference! so I'd come out275.00 on top but I dont think theyd go for it it is a lot $$ for a window.Thanks for the E-BAY...

    Ive been told all cammed 5.0s have this problem and changing the fuel trim and doing a MAF voltage transfer/table via a Tweecer or other tuning device would be the solution.

    could be a hose collapsed, open the bleeder screw and see if you get fluid from the right side hose, and like was said check for uneven pad wear. If hoses are good it could be a caliper. Best to change them in pairs.

    Yeah it sounds like a lifter or rocker arm, just wondering if its getting stuck , or not working right all the time and causing it to run bad, think Ill put a new one on and see.

    Well I notice it when under a slight load at low RPM but wide open it hauls pretty good with no apparent problem, cleaned the MAF, checked for vac. leaks,and re-set the idle 750-800, and no codes, BUT I did notice a ticking sound coming from the PCV valve, and was wondering if that is normal...

    Header gaskets are leaking proably as a result of the bolts coming loose every now and then, and I cant remember the ones AFR reccomends, anyone know?

    Ive had this car running good and then it started bucking/jerking at cruising speed but it doesnt do it when I accelerate or under load, if Im coming to a stop or exit ramp and let off the gas and it goes to about 1500 rpm or lower it will act up. Ive changed the wires cause a couple of them...

    Thanks for the sentiments, I went ahead and did exactly what you said and did a cut and splice job with new terminals and she seems to be fine now however the positive cable is very corroded and green and will have to be changed soon, but whatever works for now as there are many pressing things...

    So is any part of this a real pain in the azz? I got to do it quickly, I barely have time to work on my own car cause we get slammed with customers all day long, and after work I drive my 2 year old grandson to St. Louis to see his daddy, who was just diagnosed with cancer at age 22.

    I was trying to get them from Autozone but they are talking special cable this and that so Im just going to by a roll and make up my own, and replace all the related cable ends.

    Lately Ive noticed my clock has been reset when I get in it in the mornings, and Ive had to wiggle the positive and or negative cable to get juice to start the car actually I grab them all fusible link etc. The terminals at the battery are new, so Im thinking of just replacing all the cables...
