Car bucks at 1500 rpm and below

Ive had this car running good and then it started bucking/jerking at cruising speed but it doesnt do it when I accelerate or under load, if Im coming to a stop or exit ramp and let off the gas and it goes to about 1500 rpm or lower it will act up. Ive changed the wires cause a couple of them were burnt(headers) I wish I had a data logger so I could SEE the miss or problem while Im driving,chit, the cam is mild enough, timing is at 12,any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Walpro 190 installed in "02, no codes,fuel pressure at 40 vac off,the little beeach runs balls out on the hiway man, she gets cranky at stop lights, waiting for the Tweecer peeps to tell me I gotta Tweek.

Mine does the same thing. Been chasing it for a year.

Fuel pump wasn't my answer either. Nor the regulator, injectors, M/A, Dizzy, Coil, wires, plugs, TPS, IAC, intake gaskets, fuel filter, computer in the car, etc.
